Ejuice Store will never store customer credit card numbers, and will never charge your credit card without your express permission nor for any amount which you have not agreed to.

Credit Card Verification

We utilize a novel credit card fraud screening method. In the event that your order cannot be automatically approved we will make two authorizations for random amounts under $1 USD each. Authorizations are "pending" charges and not actual charges, but are voided immediately upon verification or cancellation nonetheless. You will be asked to verify these amounts to prove control over the credit card being used. These amounts can be retrieved from your bank's online statement, smartphone app, or by calling the number on the back of your card.

Return Policy

Due to the consumable nature of our products we do not offer a warranty, return, or exchange policy. In the case that extenuating circumstances call for a refund where the customer is at fault, a 25% restocking fee will be charged as the majority of products cannot be resold and must be destroyed.

International Orders

Our prices are displayed in USD (United States Dollars) by default. All credit cards are charged in USD. Most international cards will convert to local currency and may incur a 3-4% foreign currency conversion fee. Those fees are levied by the card issuer not by us.

Shipping Policy

All in-stock orders are shipped within 24 hours from confirmation of your purchase. However, we will ship all orders SAME-DAY if placed before 3pm Pacific Time (Monday ~ Friday). Orders placed after 3:00pm PST Friday may not be shipped until the next business day.

Orders ship from our warehouse in state of California. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. Delivery times are estimates only. Please remember shipping times will vary depending on the size of the package and the delivery location. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed shipments by your selected carriers.

International Shipments

While we make efforts to ensure all shipments arrive at their destination, it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to understand their country's import laws. The customer is responsible for any customs duties or tariffs. Willfully refusing to pay duties or clear customs does not make you eligible for a refund, as we have already paid for the product and shipping only to have your country's customs agency destroy it due to your own negligence. Any refunds offered will have a minimum 25% "restocking" fee as well as full cost of shipping deducted.

Prices and Payment Terms

All prices and packaging details posted on this website are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation e-mail. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All such taxes and charges will be added to your merchandise total and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation e-mail. We are not responsible for pricing, typographical or other errors in any offer by us and we reserve the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors.

Free Shipping

Free shipping minimum applies to order products including discounts but not tax. Only the USPS First Class Mail shipping method will be used for eligible free shipping items.

Back Orders

Due to our extremely low prices we are unable to split ship orders. Please ensure that all items are in-stock if you require rapid fulfillment.

Any material, information, idea or other communication you transmit to or post on this Site by any means will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, and may be disseminated or used by Ejuice Store for any purpose. Ejuice Store will have no obligations to the creator of said content it will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use the content and all data, images, sounds, text, and other things contained therein for any and all commercial and non-commercial purposes. Except with regard to personal information, all information which you post on this site or communicate to Ejuice Store through this site (collectively “Submissions”) shall forever be the property of Ejuice Store. In such event, Ejuice Store may disclose the User’s identity and contact information, if requested by a government or law enforcement body or as a result of a subpoena or other legal action, and Ejuice Store shall not be liable for damages or results thereof and the User agrees not to bring any action or claim against Ejuice Store for such disclosure.

Choice of Law and Forum

This site (excluding third party linked sites) is controlled by Ejuice Store from its offices within the Pacific NW, USA. It can be accessed from all 50 states as well as from other countries around the world to the extent permitted by location. By accessing this site, you agree that the statues and laws of the State of Washington shall apply to any actions or claims arising out of or in relation to this Agreement or your use of this site, without regard to conflicts of laws principles thereof.
